Denton County Friends of Family’s mission has been imprinted on Kelly’s heart from a very young age when she would create care packages with her grandmother for women and children entering the shelter. Kelly is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive services to those impacted by rape, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, while partnering with our community to promote safety, hope, healing, justice, and prevention (the DCFOF mission). |

District Governor Roger Paschal visits 380 Rotary Club

Roger joined Rotary as a Charter Member of the Fort Worth Horizon Rotary Club in September 1989. He served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, President & Membership Director. In 2014 He was appointed as Assistant Governor serving all seven Fort Worth Clubs He has also served with the District 5790 Vision Program, and as a RYLA Rotarian Counselor for the last six years. He coordinated the All Club Meeting for all Fort Worth Clubs the last two years. Roger is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, a member of the Paul Harris Society, and a Rotary Benefactor Roger and his wife, Linda, are currently realtors in the DFW and Tyler area, they have two children and five wonderful grandchildren, He is also an Instructor in Marketing and Sales, a trained Improv Actor and part time actor in film and TV. He is a Past Board member of the Ben Johnson (the Actor) Foundation to bring in Celebrities, Bull Riders and Matadors from Mexico to Fort Worth Will Rogers Coliseum to raise funds for the New Horizons Children's home in Goldthwaite, TX. He is a Past Board Member of Cowtown Christmas, which acquires and distributes Christmas Gifts to needy Children. They also provid a Wild West Show at the Cowtown Coliseum with the Old Spaghetti Warehouse for children and adults. He was raised on a 4,000+ acre Cattle Ranch in Hill County Texas, where they ran over 1,100 head of Mother Cows. Co-founded, with his brother, an Auto Parts Manufacturing and Distribution Company. The company grew to 5 Locations in 4 States. The Company was sold in 1994, and was acquired it back in 1996 and sold again in 1999. He has been a past General Manager for Northeast Newspapers, a weekly publication for 4 local Cities in North East Fort Worth. |

Captain Jeff Davis is a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in Desert Storm/Shield, and has prior law enforcement experience with the Denton Police Department from 1997-2005. Captain Jeff Davis currently oversees the Special Operations Division, which encompasses the Drug Enforcement, Criminal Interdiction, K-9, Warrants, and Civil Unit. Captain Davis is the Commander for Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and the Crisis and Hostage Negotiation Team. Captain Davis is the NARCAN Program Coordinator and a member of the Denton County Drug Court Team.
Captain Jeff Davis is a Special Federal Officer (Northern Drug Squad) with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Task Force Officer (Bulk Currency Initiative) with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Special Deputy U.S. Marshal with the United States Marshal's (USMS). Captain Davis is an original founding member of the North Texas High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Group (HIDTA) and is deemed an expert witness in Narcotics Smuggling, Storage, and Distribution Techniques. Captain Davis was awarded the Denton Police Officer of the Year in 2001. He received the National VFW Narcotics Officer of the Year in 2003 and the FBI Golden Eagle Award in 2003. Captain Davis received the Cooperative Effort Award (ONDCP) in 2003 from the Office of the President of the United States (George W. Bush). |
